We are hiring a Funder for a mortgage lender in Wichita, Kansas. This is a full-time, in office position for someone with experience in mortgage processing, closing or post-closing who enjoys working at the end of the file to make sure loans are ready to fund.
In this role, you will review closing packages and closing disclosures, confirm that TRID requirements and investor or agency guidelines are met, verify figures and conditions and coordinate with the processing and closing teams to resolve any last items before funding. You will work within the loan origination system and document platforms, so comfort with technology and strong attention to detail are important.
If you like being the last set of eyes on a file and making sure everything is correct before money moves, this could be a strong fit. Local candidates are preferred, and relocation assistance may be considered for the right candidate who is open to moving to Wichita.
