Pay Range: $19.25 - $25.50 per hour, commensurate with your experience, qualifications, and demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and communicate staff schedules across departments to ensure coverage and efficiency.
• Respond quickly and calmly to last-minute callouts and schedule adjustments.
• Partner with departmental leaders to forecast staffing needs and plan coverage.
• Keep accurate and organized records of shifts, attendance, and schedule updates.
• Support adherence to staffing policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

What You Bring

• High school graduate or equivalent education is preferred
• Preferred candidates will have a CMA or CNA certification. While not required, having one would be helpful
• Outstanding communication skills and solid interpersonal skills
• Must be flexible in dealing with last minute changes
• One year of experience as scheduler/administrative assistant is preferred
• Experience in a Health Care setting preferred
• Experience in staff scheduling, healthcare administration, or a related role preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent organization, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Comfort using scheduling software and basic computer systems
• A reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
