- Leveraging workforce data (engagement, turnover, exit feedback) to inform targeted actions that drive results
- Enhancing leadership effectiveness so it consistently translates into everyday behaviors and team impact
- Building workforce capability by developing practical skills that strengthen how teams collaborate, communicate, and serve
- Continuing to elevate engagement and retention through meaningful leadership practices
- First-year turnover remains strong and continues to build over time
- Engagement deepens through meaningful, sustained practices
- Internal talent grows and is ready to step into critical roles as needs evolve
- A track record of driving meaningful results through leadership development initiatives
- The ability to translate data into decisions and measurable action
- A proven ability to build trust with leaders and guide conversations that lead to clear decisions and impact

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience designing and leading leadership development initiatives with measurable impact
- Strong facilitation, communication, and ability to influence leaders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to translate data (engagement, turnover, feedback) into actionable development strategies
- Experience designing practical, application-based learning that strengthens leadership effectiveness and team performance
- Ability to assess effectiveness of programs and adjust based on outcomes
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement targeted solutions
