Your Superhero Tasks
- Room Rescue: Perform comprehensive cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces
- Daily Dash: Complete daily and periodic cleaning tasks, including:
- Changing linens to keep things fresh and cozy
- Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms to keep them shining
- Sweeping, mopping, and buffing floors to make them sparkle
- Dusting and sanitizing surfaces to keep everything germ-free
- Emptying trashcans to keep our community tidy
- Resident Rockstar: Interact positively with residents during cleaning tasks, making their day a little brighter
- Maintenance Master: Report any maintenance issues or resident concerns to management
- Sanitation Superhero: Maintain high standards of infection control and sanitation to keep everyone safe
- Supply Squad: Manage cleaning supplies and equipment like a pro

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years experience in a housekeeping role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of and proficiency in the practices and procedures of environmental services required
- Ability to operate equipment common with environmental service; must be familiar with the use of detergents, germicides, strippers, and other cleaning/chemical supplies. Able to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and feedback to team members
- Ability to read, write, and follow direct written and oral instructions
- Basic computer and math skills for record-keeping and inventory management
- Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with frequent interruptions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train, and provide clear instructions and feedback to team members
