Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outside Sales Representative located in San Antonio, TX. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying potential business opportunities, and delivering tailored sales presentations. The role also involves engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, understanding their needs, and offering lighting solutions that align with their objectives. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to new business development by researching and pursuing prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Presentations and the ability to tailor solutions to client needs
- Experience in Relationship Building and cultivating long-term client partnerships
- Strong Customer Service focus with the ability to resolve questions and provide guidance
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated success in New Business Development and identifying new opportunities
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred
