We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team.
Location: Waldwick, NJ
Schedule: Monday to Friday 5:00 AM to 3:30PM
Pay rate: $16
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick orders using RF scanners, barcode scanning technology, and order picker equipment to ensure accurate fulfillment.
- Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Load and unload shipments with attention to proper stacking, inventory control, and damage prevention.
- Working on pallets.

Skills
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while managing heavy lifting requirements efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on order picking, packing, stocking, and materials handling.
- Basic math skills for counting items accurately and verifying shipment quantities.
- Familiarity with safety protocols related to warehouse distribution including PPE use and safe operation of heavy equipment.
- Prior experience in shipping & receiving or warehouse supervision is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
Requirements:

- Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish)
