Job Description:
Full-time, with rotating Saturdays
Pay: Depends on experience
National Iron Bank is a small community bank, servicing Northwest, CT. We are looking for a full- time Teller/Sales Representative to work in our Salisbury Branch. Saturday’s are required, on a rotating basis. One to three years banking experience required.
Ø Provide customers with efficient, accurate, knowledgeable and excellent customer service in a sales environment.
Ø Promote all products and services of the bank to meet the individual needs of each customer.
Ø Cross-sells bank products by informing customer of new services, products or promotions.
Ø Ability to learn new policy and procedures in a timely manner.
Ø Knowledge of bank’s policies, procedures, products and services.
Ø Desire to help customers through sales in a retail environment.
Ø Desire to provide excellent service to every customer, every time.
Ø Ability to perform tasks accurately.
Ø Computer literate.
Ø Stays in compliance with all banks operations and security procedures.
Ø Sales background.
Ø Keeps all customer information confidential.
Ø Excellent attention to detail.
Ø Process customer transactions, including but not limited to: deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money orders, travelers checks and cash advance.
Ø Perform customer transactions accurately.
Ø Always smile and greet the customer.
Ø High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
