Customer Service Representative
We are looking for someone with a warm phone voice and excellent customer service skills to serve the mission of the Marian Helper’s Center! If you’re at home meeting customers’ needs and supporting a great team, this may be just the job for you! Please note, this is a full-time, in-person position.
Responsibilities include:
· answering and processing incoming calls on our (800) phone lines
· some data entry
· occasional proofreading support
Ideal candidate would have pleasant and professional phone manners, basic computer skills, and have the ability to read, speak, and write in English. Fluency in Spanish and definite plus!
