- Greeting clients, visitors, and team members in a warm and professional manner
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing front desk communication
- Assisting with scheduling and administrative tasks
- Keeping the front desk area organized and running smoothly
- Providing excellent customer service
- Supporting the team with day-to-day office needs
