Title Processor- NJ/ PA
Company Description:

Responsibilities:
- Review all documents related to the closing process, including lender closing instructions, conveyancing documents, and title commitments
- Prepare Closing Disclosure settlement statements
- Process documents for recording
- Review and assist with title commitments and related closing requirements
- Communicate regularly with lenders, banks, legal offices, real estate offices, and clients
- Be familiar with New Jersey and Pennsylvania tax and municipal liens
- Maintain accurate files and ensure all deadlines are met
- Provide a professional, positive representation of the company
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of title processing experience required. Experience reviewing title commitments is strongly preferred.
- Must have a title producing license
- Experience with New Jersey and Pennsylvania transactions is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
