Role Description
This full-time hybrid role as a Human Resource Assistant is based in Nashville, TN, with an opportunity for partial remote work. The Human Resource Assistant will support HR operations, assist with HR administrative tasks, maintain and update employee information in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), coordinate benefits administration, and support training programs. The role also involves providing clerical assistance to the HR department to ensure compliance and efficient workflows.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles, practices and abbreviations
- Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Experience in providing employee support
- Ability to assist in entering data and tracking employee Training programs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with HR compliance and labor regulations is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred plus a minimum of two years working in an HR Department.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
