🌟 What We’re Looking For:
- Current, active, unencumbered nursing license
- Recent Long-Term Care (LTC) leadership experience REQUIRED
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proven ability in team building and culture development
- Experience rebuilding rapport within teams and the community
- Proactive, visible leadership style
- Positive, “can-do” attitude in a fast-paced environment
- MatrixCare experience preferred
