Qualifications:

MANDATORY QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: For this particular job, applicants must meet all competencies reflected under the Mandatory Qualification Criteria to include education (if required). Online resumes must demonstrate qualification by providing specific examples and associated results, in response to the announcement's mandatory criteria specified in this vacancy announcement:

1. Experience with Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Targeting and/or knowledge of the Targeting mission and Joint targeting cycle.
2. Knowledge of targeting databases and tools such as but limited to: RemoteView, ArcGIS Pro, and SOCET GXP.
3. Experience developing and presenting briefings to meet the needs of senior leaders.
4. Experience planning, prioritizing, and balancing assignments to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks; ability to adjust as needed to adapt to changing situations.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: A. Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Foreign Area Studies, Geography, History, International Affairs, International Studies, Military Science, Physical Science, Political Science, Remote Sensing, or a related field. -OR- B. Combination of Education and Experience: A minimum of 24 semester (36 quarter) hours of coursework in any area listed in option A, plus experience working in an Intelligence discipline analyzing and interpreting imagery and maintaining and building tasking strategies, or a related area that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work. As a rule, every 30 semester (45 quarter) hours of coursework is equivalent to one year of experience. Candidates should show that their combination of education and experience totals 4 years. -OR- C. Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience working in an Intelligence discipline analyzing and interpreting imagery and maintaining and building tasking strategies, or a related area that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT: Distinguish principal colors and shades/hues of principal colors; Near visual acuity of 20/20 or better with or without corrective lenses; Stereopsis ability; Hand steadiness

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: In addition to the mandatory qualifications, experience in the following is desired:

1. Experience building, leveraging or leading collaborative networks across the IC, DoD or other government/private-sector organizations to achieve significant project or mission outcomes.
2. Experience completing multiple assignments with competing priorities.
3. Experience using oral and written communication skills to convey and interpret technical ideas and topics to different stakeholders.
4. Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with others.
5. Possession of a current Target Coordinate Mensuration (TCM) certification, or one that has been active within the last two years.

Responsibilities:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Seeking a dynamic GEOINT professional to support a critical targeting mission. This role requires expertise in the Joint targeting cycle, proficiency with tools like RemoteView, ArcGIS Pro, and SOCET GXP, and experience briefing senior leaders. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, adept at managing competing priorities and building collaborative networks across the IC and DoD. Strong communication skills and a current or recent Target Coordinate Mensuration (TCM) certification are highly desirable.
