Primary Responsibilities:
· Conduct investigations relating to theft of service and related customer incidents
· Provide proper protection measures for Company assets
· Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments of Company facilities
· Conduct general incident and internal investigations, providing security training to employees and assist in the management of security measures (including lock and key control, access control, video and alarm systems etc)
· Provide instruction to security guards and Operations personnel in the field during investigations
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field
· Exceptional customer service and investigative skills
· Top tier confidentiality and integrity
· Flexibility to respond to incidents as needed throughout service territory
· Self-starter with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment with minimal direction
· Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage sensitive or high-stakes situations
· Due to the nature of the position, accessibility 24/7/365
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in law enforcement and/or investigative field
· Working knowledge of the Criminal Justice and Legal systems
· Experience with installation and use of security systems

Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $62,500 - $88,000.
This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of pay that National Fuel believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
