Administrative Specialist (Pool) – Tonawanda, NY

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for data entry and retrieval using a variety of National Fuel systems for processing orders and paperwork in support of field operations.

· Perform general clerical work including telephone calls, gathering data and creating reports, maintaining various maps and service line records and operation of office equipment.

· Possible additional responsibilities could also include payroll closing for various service centers as well as maintaining schedules for field employees for various service centers.

• Must be available to work a Monday through Friday schedule, with shifts ranging between 7:00am and 4:30pm.
• The successful candidate must demonstrate significant flexibility and availability to report to Tonawanda, NY and other NY locations (including Batavia, Clarence, Niagara Falls, Orchard Park and West Seneca) as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills are required
• Proficiency in using computers, software programs, and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Ability to adapt to new technology

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience in a phone center or customer service environment

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This is a position within the Company’s collective bargaining unit with a starting hourly rate of pay of $25.42, after 6 months $27.09/hr, and 1 year $29.91/hr.
