Pay: $18.00/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Duration: Temporary to Possible Hire

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Sales Representative to assist disabled veterans in navigating the VA disability claims process. This role focuses on high-volume inbound and outbound calls, eligibility verification, scheduling, and providing empathetic, solution-focused support.

Job Description

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with disabled veterans
• Verify eligibility, collect documentation, and schedule appointments across time zones
• Educate veterans on available resources and VA disability claim support
• Provide empathetic guidance and answer questions about the claims process
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal experts to ensure personalized veteran support
• Stay up to date on VA policy changes and communicate relevant updates
• Meet performance goals, including generating 15 qualified leads weekly
  
  

Job Requirements

• Passion for supporting disabled veterans and making a meaningful impact
• Experience in sales, customer service, or high-volume call environments preferred
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to build rapport quickly
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required
• Knowledge of VA benefits/claims process is a plus, not required
