Job Title: Accounting Assistant - Part Time

Location: Lakeland, FL

Pay: $15.00-$17.00/hour, depending on experience

Hours: 7:45am-Noon, Monday-Friday

Duration: Direct Hire Opportunity

Job Description

• Maintaining and updating financial records and databases
• Processing invoices, expense reports, and other accounting documents
• Performing data entry and reconciliation tasks
• Providing customer service and responding to inquiries
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Completing other ad-hoc projects and duties
  
  

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Experience entering invoices with purchase orders and processing them for payment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
