Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Bartow, FL

Pay: $22.00-$25.00/hour, depending on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday, 6am-4pm, with occasional Saturday, 6am-12pm

Duration: Temporary to Possible Hire

Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Job Description

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and job packages
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, managers, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and maintain detailed records
• Handle purchase orders, budgeting, and order execution
• Frequently communicate with warehouse and shop personnel regarding parts and project needs
  
  

Job Requirements

• Industry experience required
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
• Heavy industrial electrical experience preferred
• Advanced computer skills required
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Purchase order experience required
• Mechanical aptitude is a strong plus
