Minimum of 5 years HVAC Parts Sales Experience is Required.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their needs and providing product recommendations from our expanding catalog.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and outbound calling (at least 30-40 outbound calls a day)
- Confident in hosting Lunch & Learns and temporarily making outside sales calls to drive business growth.
- Deliver engaging product presentations in collaboration with vendors or independently.
- Use our CRM system to plan daily activities, track communications, and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor competitive trends and suggest improvements to products, services, or sales strategies.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction and timely follow-up.
- Continuously grow your industry and product knowledge through training, collaboration, and independent study.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, help where needed and support your colleagues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC parts sales, you know the products and the customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and problem-solving.
- Comfortable making frequent outbound calls and engaging with customers.
- Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM software.
- A team player who brings integrity, professionalism, and a passion for helping others.
