What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative position at National Driver Training?
National Driver Training is a customer-service oriented business, where you will have the opportunity to help students and their families through one of the most exciting milestones of their teen years - learning to drive. The perfect candidate will be a positive demeanor, have great communication skills, be computer savvy, and be able to multi-task between answering phones and emails and assisting students/parents in the office. This job also requires a routine of data entry activities, scheduling and assisting other staff. Those who have a background in basic administrative and clerical duties preferred. **Work week will include afternoon/evening shifts as well as Saturdays.**
REQUIREMENTS:
-- English/Spanish Speaking and Writing
-- At least 2 year relevant & recent office and excellent customer service experience
-- Typing skills of at least 40 wpm
-- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-- Experience in MS Office and Excel is a must
-- Experience in using standard office equipment, multi-line phones and fax machines
-- Able work independently and focus on tasks with minimal supervision
-- Able to demonstrate great teamwork
-- Willing to work evenings until 7pm and Saturdays
