Job Summary
NDC is headquartered in Nashville and is a leading national distributor and supply chain solutions provider of healthcare products. We are seeking a collaborative, results driven, and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. This role is responsible for helping lead the quality function across multi-site distribution operations. It involves helping to establish, maintain, and optimize a quality management system that is ISO 9001, FDA, DSCSA, and VAWD compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Help develop and document work instructions.
- Monitor and audit warehouse processes to identify deviations from standard operating procedures.
- Document and report quality issues, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
- Participate in root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures.
- Collaborate with operations management to implement quality improvements.
- Maintain records of inspections, audits, and quality metrics.
- Support training initiatives to educate staff on quality standards and procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in quality, preferably in a warehouse operation.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Skillful at project planning and aligning stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ISO standards or other quality frameworks.
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Familiarity with document management systems and warehouse management systems.
- Certification in quality (e.g., ISO 9001 Auditor, CQIA, CQT) is a plus.
