Role Description The Senior Project Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Manassas, VA, with flexibility for some work from home. This role oversees multiple telecom, AV, video, and structured cabling projects from planning through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading project planning meetings, defining deliverables, coordinating resources, and managing timelines and milestones. The Senior Project Manager will communicate regularly with clients, internal teams, and vendors, supervise site activities, and support inspections to ensure compliance with technical and safety standards. The role also involves monitoring risks, resolving issues, optimizing logistics, and preparing progress reports and documentation to support successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong project leadership skills, including Project Management and Expediting to oversee complex, multi-phase installations of copper and fiber installations, no exceptions.
• Experience functioning as an Expeditor, coordinating materials, vendors, and schedules to keep projects on track.
• Proficiency in Inspection and quality control processes to ensure adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
• Logistics Management expertise for planning, scheduling, and coordinating field crews, equipment, and deliveries.
• Proven experience managing telecom, AV, video, or structured cabling projects, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and risk awareness.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site responsibilities in Manassas, VA with remote coordination tasks.
• Proficiency with project management software and basic office productivity tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices related to telecom, AV, and cabling installations.

This position offers $95,000-$120,000.00 salary depending on experience and qualifications, healthcare, paid holiday, sick time and vacation, company vehicle and yearly bonus.
