Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Technical Advisor opportunity at NDX Davis Dental Laboratory in Wyoming, MI.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
- Process outgoing calls to customer in a timely manner
- Facilitate assigned technical area technical calls
- Coordinate technical training with vendor representatives for the laboratory team members
- Complete an “administrative quality inspection” on all cases, including checking items on the work ticket, prescription, billing accuracy, and adding personal notes where appropriate
- Analyze remakes by customer and ensure any issues are resolved
- Participate in department meetings to share customer feedback
- Review Final QC data with department manager for resolution
- Work with sales team members and assist with programs as needed
- All other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English
- Must have computer skills including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office products
- Verbally communicate via telephone maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor
- Verbally communicate with all levels of laboratory team members maintaining a positive demeanor

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent
- Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in a dental environment
- Preferred: Production experience
- Preferred: Customer Service experience
Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:
- All office equipment
Physical Requirements:
- Perform tasks at multiple workstations
- Standing and sitting for extended periods of time
