About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Real Estate Analysis Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analytical support to the Appraisal Department's Chief Appraiser.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appraisal Analysis and Review
- Conduct thorough analysis and review of commercial real estate appraisal reports.
- Ensure compliance with FIRREA, USPAP, and NCB requirements.
- Evaluate appraiser performance and provide feedback.
- Appraisal Ordering and Tracking
- Manage the ordering and tracking of appraisals and reviews.
- Communicate with users to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Invoicing and Reporting
- Process invoices from appraisers and reviewers.
- Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders.
- Special Projects
- Assist the Chief Appraiser with periodic special reports and analyses.
