Full-Time
National Conduit Supply is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Sales support Specialist to support our sales team, customers, and vendor partners. This role is critical in ensuring accurate order processing, strong communication across departments, and excellent day-to-day service. Order & Quote Management
  • Enter quotes and sales orders accurately while reviewing for missing or incomplete details
  • Confirm lead times, pricing, delivery requirements, and product availability
  • Acknowledge incoming RFQs and route them to the appropriate sales contacts
  • Maintain and update quote logs and open order trackers
Vendor & Manufacturer Coordination
  • Confirm purchase orders with manufacturers
  • Follow up to obtain ship dates, tracking details, and call-ahead requirements
  • Notify outside sales of shipment issues, backorders, or delivery delays
Communication & Support
  • Provide clear, timely communication to internal teams, vendors, and customers
  • Support outside sales with accurate updates and proactive problem resolution
  • Assist with administrative and documentation tasks across daily operations
HR Support Functions
  • Assist with onboarding tasks such as collecting new-hire paperwork and setting up employee files
  • Help maintain employee records and support compliance with company policies
  • Coordinate training schedules, vacation, PTO, company events, and employee communications
  • Support timekeeping processes by gathering and verifying information (no confidential decision-making or approvals)
General Accounting & Financial Administration
  • Assist with basic A/R and A/P tasks such as invoice matching, data entry, and payment tracking, possible collections
  • Reconcile order details, delivery confirmations, and vendor invoices
  • Ensure accurate financial documentation, filing of tax certificates and credit applications
What We’re Looking For
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate’s Degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain, Communications, or related field)
Experience
  • 1–3 years in order management, customer service, sales support, or administrative roles
  • Experience in construction materials, telecom/utility supply, distribution, or manufacturing is a plus
  • Familiarity with quotes, purchase orders, and fulfillment processes preferred
Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience with ERP or order entry systems is a plus
