Job Title: Project Coordinator - 13-3475
Mostly remote! Hybrid - Will need to be on-site in Pittsburgh, PA or Gary, IN for an occasional meeting.
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to coordinate our portfolio of ongoing IT (and other) related projects. You will not be managing the projects, but keeping tabs on them and reporting to upper management on their progress. Must be comfortable speaking with upper management and running update meetings.
Experience in program coordination, project analysis, or digital transformation.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
Experience with PowerPoint
Experience with PPM systems and financial tracking is a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a matrixed environment.
- AT LEAST 3-5 YEARS OF TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
- INTERMEDIATE PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE, WORKING ON MULTIPLE TEAMS ON MULTIPLE PROJECTS.
- EXPERIENCE WITH PROJECTS FROM REQUIREMENTS DEFINITION THROUGH ENTIRE LIFE CYCLE, MATRIXING ACROSS PROJECTS AND TEAMS.
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

Rate = $30-$49.80/hr - DOA - on a W2 contract
Length = 1.5 Years W2 Contract - Possible long term/extension for the right candidate
