FRONT DESK & CLIENT SERVICES
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Manage sign database and calls
OFFICE MAINTENANCE DUTIES
- Monitor office supplies and order when new office or kitchen supplies are needed
- Assist with kitchen and common area upkeep, restock kitchen
- Support office-wide initiatives, events, and administrative projects when needed
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
- Provide administrative support to brokers and staff as needed
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Help coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting logistics
- Assist with copying, scanning, and document distribution
