NCC is continually hiring for Machine Operators. Most Machine Operators are hired through a temporary to hire arrangement with our onsite staffing partner, Randstad. Temporary employees with good attendance, quality and productivity are hired after 90 days however we typically hire once each quarter. Benefits start from assignment start date!

Description:
- Setup and operate equipment safely, productively, and ergonomically correct while manufacturing quality parts and assemblies.
- Continuously produces, at an acceptable level of productivity with some supervision
- Checks work to ensure dimensional correctness to layout or drawing, and that correct material is being used. Has ability to read tape measure, calipers and micrometer
Requirements: Previous machine operator experience strongly preferred.
