NCN is a fast-growing business debt relief firm based in South Florida. We help business owners resolve and restructure their merchant cash advance debt. Our office is high-energy, growing fast, and we need someone to own our text outreach from start to finish.
About the Role
This is a focused, single-responsibility position: you run our SMS marketing campaigns. You'll use our texting platform to send scheduled text blasts to our lead lists, monitor inbound replies, and follow up with interested prospects to get them connected with our sales team. No cold calling. No door knocking. Just texting, tracking, and follow-up.
What You'll Do
- Send daily/weekly text blast campaigns through our SMS platform using pre-approved templates
- Manage and upload lead lists into the platform
- Monitor inbound responses throughout the day and reply promptly
- Qualify interested responders with basic questions and hand them off to our sales team
- Track opt-outs and keep lists clean and compliant
- Report daily on sends, response rates, and handoffs
What We're Looking For
- Strong written communication — fast, clear, professional texter
- Organized and consistent; you can follow a daily campaign schedule without being micromanaged
- Comfortable learning new software (SMS platforms, spreadsheets, CRM)
- Reliable, on-time, self-motivated
- Prior experience with SMS marketing, customer service, or sales support is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person
