Phone Sales Closer – MCA Debt Settlement

National Capital Negotiators is hiring experienced phone sales closers to speak with business owners who need help with existing merchant cash advance obligations.

We are looking for someone who knows how to take control of a sales conversation, ask the right questions, build trust, handle objections, and move a qualified prospect toward a decision. You must have experience personally closing sales—not just making calls or setting appointments.

Merchant cash advance, business funding, or debt settlement experience is strongly preferred. We will also consider successful closers from related sales industries, including mortgage, insurance, solar, and timeshare.

This position involves selling NCN’s debt settlement and restructuring services—not originating new merchant cash advances or business loans. This is a full-time, in-office role, not a remote position.

What You Will Do

• Run sales conversations from discovery through enrollment. Speak with business owners, understand their existing MCA obligations and concerns, and determine whether their needs align with our services.
• Work leads and live transfers. Handle conversations transferred by our appointment-setting team, conduct scheduled calls, and follow up with prospects who have not yet made a decision.
• Explain our services clearly. Walk qualified prospects through the process, fees, expectations, and next steps without making misleading promises or guaranteeing results.
• Handle objections and close business. Address questions confidently, identify what is preventing a decision, and guide appropriate prospects through enrollment.
• Manage your pipeline. Keep accurate CRM notes, maintain follow-up tasks, coordinate required documents, and provide a complete handoff to the team after enrollment.

Required Experience and Qualifications

At least three years of phone-based sales experience, with a demonstrated history of personally closing deals.

You should be comfortable discussing financial concerns professionally, handling skeptical prospects, asking for the business, and following up consistently. Strong communication, active listening, organization, and accurate CRM documentation are essential.

Candidates must be able to explain their previous sales process, the types of products or services they sold, and the results they achieved. You must also be coachable, dependable, and able to work full-time from our Deerfield Beach office.

Preferred Industry Background

We are especially interested in candidates with experience in merchant cash advance, business funding, business debt settlement, consumer debt settlement, or commercial finance.

Experienced closers from mortgage, insurance, solar, timeshare, and other consultative phone-sales environments are also encouraged to apply. Direct MCA experience is preferred, but proven closing ability is required.

Who Will Succeed Here

You take ownership of your pipeline, follow up without needing constant reminders, and know the difference between pressuring a prospect and helping them make an informed decision. You can work independently while coordinating closely with appointment setters, management, and operations.

This is not an entry-level sales or appointment-setting position. We are seeking someone ready to conduct sales conversations and close qualified opportunities.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
