What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Work During School Hours position at National Bus Trader, Inc?
We are a well-established publishing company seeking to add one more member to our Customer Service and Sales team. Working hours are from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. We do not work on evenings or weekends.
The successful candidate will be given an exclusive territory and will work closely with other team members. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who can work with customers and potential customers by e-mail and phone. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to work with existing customers while seeking new customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Duties
- Work with existing customers including getting them to send in materials on time.
- Seek new customers.
- Attend Monday morning sales meetings.
- Work closely with other team members.
Requirements
- Own a car or other means of transportation.
- Live close enough to commute reliably.
- Must have a stable work record without job hopping.
- Must be very reliable since you have your own exclusive territory.
- Must be a team player and work with other team members.
- Past experience with customer service or sales is helpful.
