- Provide translation as needed
- Answering Phones
- Data entry
- Daily assistance/interaction with hourly and Management employees
- Communications with both internal and external departments
- General Receptionist Duties
- Filing as required
- Other duties as assigned
This is a safety sensitive position. This is an on-site position.
- Computer proficient, specifically Microsoft Office - Excel and Word
- Data entry experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Good work and attendance history
- Ability to keep matters confidential
- Team Player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good Telephone etiquette skills
- Professional attitude/conduct
- English/Spanish Bilingual Skills a plus
- Self motivated
- Willingness to cross-train
- Organizational skills
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule
- Meat packing plant experience is preferred
