Your
job
- Support trading activity in
hard-to-borrow reverse conversions and other Delta one strategies - Monitor and analyze special
situations—including tenders, spinoffs, bankruptcies, and corporate
actions—and assess their impact on the securities lending market. - Analyze borrow availability,
rates, and utilization across equities to identify trading opportunities
and inefficiencies in the securities lending market. - Build and maintain tools to
automate and optimize trading workflows using Python, SQL, and VBA. - Collaborate with senior traders
to identify inefficiencies and develop trading strategies. - Assist in trade booking,
reconciliation, and risk monitoring. - Stay current on market
developments and contribute to idea generation.
Your
team
You
will be part of a team of traders in the Global Securities Finance team, and
you will report to the head of Delta One Trading. Our team stands out for its

Prerequisite
- Bachelor’s degree and 2–7 years
of trading experience, preferably in delta one, equity finance, or related
areas. - Intermediate understanding of
Equity Options and trading - Strong programming skills in
Python, SQL, and VBA. - Experience working with
Bloomberg Terminal and Bloomberg APIs via Python and SQL preferred - Comfortable manipulating large
datasets to identify trading opportunities and inefficiencies. - Familiarity with special
situations and corporate actions is preferred - Excellent analytical and
problem-solving skills. - Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a
bias toward action and continuous improvement.
In compliance with all states and cities
that require transparency of pay, annual base salary range for this position is: $150,000
– $225,000
This
position is eligible for variable compensation also.
