Responsibilities- Greet customers promptly and professionally.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and document repair needs accurately.
- Schedule service appointments and manage vehicle check-in/check-out.
- Prepare repair estimates and explain recommended maintenance.
- Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process.
- Keep customers informed of vehicle status and repair progress.
- Recommend maintenance based on Toyota factory guidelines and vehicle condition.
- Coordinate parts availability with the Parts Department.
- Process repair orders and customer payments.
- Maintain excellent CSI scores through exceptional customer service.
- Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Toyota dealership experience is preferred.
- Service Advisor experience with any automotive manufacturer is welcomed.
- Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Computer proficiency with dealership management software.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume service drive.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
