WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Sales / Internet Sales / Social Media Content Specialist, you will:

• Assist customers with new and pre-owned vehicle purchases

• Respond to internet leads and customer inquiries

• Conduct professional phone, text, email, and digital follow-up

• Build relationships with customers and generate repeat and referral business

• Create short-form automotive videos and social media content

• Showcase vehicles, features, inventory, specials, and dealership events

• Post approved content to designated social media platforms

• Use video and digital communication to generate appointments and sales opportunities

• Maintain consistent customer follow-up

• Follow established dealership sales and marketing processes

• Represent Burkins Chevrolet professionally both in person and online

SOCIAL MEDIA AND DIGITAL CONTENT

Social media and video communication are an important part of this position.

Candidates must be willing and able to appear on camera and create professional automotive-related content as part of their normal job responsibilities.

Work-related videos, photographs, marketing materials, and other digital content created within the scope of employment may be used by the dealership and its authorized partners for advertising, marketing, recruiting, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and dealership policies.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer and smartphone skills

• Willingness to appear on camera and create digital content

• Ability to work a flexible retail automotive schedule

• Dependable transportation

• Ability to follow dealership policies and procedures

• Strong desire to succeed and earn at a high level
