You start with a guaranteed income per-unit pay structure while learning the system:
$15/hour base pay
$200 per vehicle sold
Paid training real deal experience
Learn internet, showroom, and social media selling
This phase is designed to:
Get you confident
Get you closing deals fast
Put money in your pocket immediately
Once training is completed, you graduate into a high-income commission structure:
MONTHLY DRAW$1,500/month draw (paid $750 twice monthly)
25% commission on front-end gross
30% commission at 10 units
35% commission at 13 units
$200 minimum per deal
$100 minimum on flats
Unit Bonuses (3 Times Per Month):
Sell 4 cars (1 10 days) = $250
Sell 4 cars (11 20 days) = $250
Sell 4 cars (21 end) = $250
$50 for every additional unit
$1,000 bonus at 20 units
$1,000 every 5 units after
CSI bonuses ( $25 / -$50 impact)
Product sales bonuses (warranty, maintenance, etc.)
Annual bonus up to $25,000 based on production
You are paid to learn
You are coached to perform
You are uncapped once you graduate
