We are actively seeking a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to serve as the critical link between our customers and service technicians in a high-volume, fast-paced service department.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to manage workflow, build customer relationships, and drive service revenue while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

- Answer customer questions regarding repairs, costs, and service outcomes
- Keep customers updated on repair status and completion times
- Manage workflow and ensure efficient service lane operations
- Coordinate with parts department to ensure availability of required parts
- Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business
- Process service transactions and ensure all documentation is accurate
- Experienced Service Advisors or automotive professionals preferred
- Strong understanding of automotive service and repair processes
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment and stay organized
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Sales-minded with the ability to recommend and close service work
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Automotive experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of automotive systems and service operations
- Experience with dealership software and service systems is a plus
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Interviews conducted virtually
- Must schedule in advance
- Missed interviews will not be rescheduled
