Compensation$30 $50 Flat Rate Hour
Based on experience, certifications, productivity, and qualifications.
- High-volume service department with abundant work
- Excellent earning potential
- Annual production bonus program based on total flat-rate hours produced
- Paid manufacturer training and certification opportunities
- Career advancement throughout the 24 Auto Group
- Minimum 3 years of automotive technician experience
- Infiniti or Nissan experience preferred, but technicians from all franchise brands are encouraged to apply
- OEM certifications are a major plus
- ASE certifications are highly valued and can significantly increase compensation
- Qualified technicians from other manufacturers may be eligible to transfer certifications toward Infiniti certification
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Excellent work ethic and attention to quality
