Essential Functions
- Web Development & Delivery: Plan, build, maintain, and enhance websites,
- Project Management: Oversee multiple short-term and long-term web initiatives,
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate stakeholder requirements, wireframes,
- User Experience (UX): Apply UX and accessibility best practices to ensure websites
- Technical Problem Solving: Research, analyze, and resolve complex web
- Process Improvement: Analyze and refine cross-departmental workflows to
- Design Guidance: Provide input on web design to ensure alignment with
- Technology & Trends: Monitor emerging technologies, tools, and trends to ensure
- Infrastructure & Integrations: Troubleshoot hosting, DNS, API, and integration
Supervisory Responsibilities

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information
professional experience.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of professional web development experience.
- Proven expertise with WordPress, including custom themes, plugins, and
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and modern web frameworks.
- Experience integrating APIs and working with RESTful and SOAP services.
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (including AWS Lightsail) and Cloudflare.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience implementing accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1).
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and site performance optimization.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (GitHub preferred).
- Understanding of security best practices for WordPress and hosting environments.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to translate design concepts and wireframes into standardscompliant code.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and
