and academic partnerships. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong partner

ensuring follow-through on partnership commitments. The Partnership Liaison works closely with
internal staff and external partners to support engagement opportunities that strengthen PPA’s
programming, events, research initiatives, and talent pipeline efforts.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities
Partnership Agreements, Documentation, and Tracking
- Draft MOUs and partnership agreements using PPA templates and standard terms.
- Coordinate internal review and support redlines/negotiation follow-up with key stakeholders.
- Maintain executed agreements, renewal dates, and deliverable tracking documentation.
- Serve as the primary liaison for assigned partners and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate partner onboarding and recurring check-ins, including agendas, notes, and
- Maintain partner records and provide internal updates on engagement and deliverables.
- Track partnership deliverables, milestones, and deadlines to ensure commitments are met on
- Maintain partnership trackers and dashboards
- Support collection of partnership metrics and outcomes (e.g. participation, engagement, event
- Flag risks, delays, or gaps early and coordinate follow-up with internal teams and partners
- Assists with drafting partnership status updates and internal reviews for leadership reviews.

- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or related ?eld.
- Experience
- 3-4 years of professional experience communications, marketing or related ?eld.
- Preferred: Experience at a start-up organization.
- Preferred: Basic understanding of procurement.
- Demonstrated experience owning CRM-driven communications (HubSpot strongly preferred), including
- Quali?cations
- Experience with email building, tracking, and reporting platforms.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Time management skills; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and projects.
