- Partner with clients to design customized security solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement, emergency services, and industry partners.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement proactive measures to address potential threats.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Provide actionable insights through detailed reporting on operations, incidents, and emerging trends.
- Stay ahead of industry developments, new technologies, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven senior leadership experience in security or related fields.
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, operational management, process optimization, and negotiation.
- Successful track record in business development or growth initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and team leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of security operations, technology, and regulatory requirements.
- Relevant certifications (CPP, PSP) and advanced degrees are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in private security, including at least 3 years in a management role.
