Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of personnel, visitors, and property at all times.
- Conduct regular patrols, monitor surveillance systems, and inspect buildings, access points, and equipment.
- Manage access control, respond quickly to alarms, and investigate incidents or suspicious activity.
- Enforce company policies, document irregularities, and handle trespassing situations professionally.
- Assist with traffic management and access control as needed.
- Prepare detailed and accurate reports of incidents and daily activities.
- Monitor building systems and coordinate maintenance when necessary.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and applicable laws.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance on security systems and equipment.
- Valid Florida Class D Security License (required)
- Valid Florida Driver’s License with reliable transportation
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

- Proficient in computer use with strong report-writing ability
