Ron’s Lumber & Home Center, a Nation’s Best Holdings, LLC company, is seeking candidates for our Café Server / Cashier position at our Howe, OK location.

What You’ll Do
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Communicate orders to the kitchen, including allergies and special requests
- Deliver orders and ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized café and kitchen area
- Complete pre-shift and post-shift tasks as assigned
- Support overall café operations, including assisting at the register or in other areas as needed
- Additional duties as assigned
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of restaurant or food and beverage experience preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and service standards
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift moderate weight frequently
- Sense of urgency and willingness to support the team as needed
- Results-oriented with the ability to serve customers with humility and be a steward of Nation’s Best values
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining adaptable and flexible
- Strong interpersonal skills with a consistent focus on delivering exceptional customer service
