Contractor Sales position at our Las Vegas NM location.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and customers by delivering exceptional service
- Provide product knowledge and guidance to support customer purchasing decisions
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to answer questions and process orders
- Share accurate pricing, inventory and delivery information to support sales
- Prepare bids and estimates and enter orders accurately into the system
- Assist with order management and accounts receivable follow-up as needed
- Support overall store operations and complete other tasks as assigned
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college in business preferred)
- Previous sales experience, preferably in construction or building materials
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support store needs
- Availability to work every other Saturday
- Knowledge of building materials, including special order doors and windows, is a plus
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Results-oriented with the ability to support store operations with humility and serve as a steward of Nation’s Best values
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining adaptable and flexible
- Strong interpersonal skills with a consistent focus on delivering exceptional customer service
