Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, tag, pack, restock, and ship (when needed) merchandise and orders.
- Receive and process incoming orders and ensure they are accurately recorded in inventory management systems.
- Perform regular cycle counts of inventory and complete inventory reconciliations.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust stock levels as necessary.
- Assist with responding to customer service inquiries and online return.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Assist in loading and unloading vehicles when needed.
- Occasional driving for pick-ups and drop-offs may be needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience (1-2 years) in an operational role supporting supply chain, inventory management, merchandising, or related field, highly desired.
- Shopify experience a huge plus.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, preferred.
- A valid driver's license with clean driving record, required.
- Must be willing to work as a part of a team and collaborate effectively.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire and motivation to go above and beyond the call of duty - proactive rather than reactive mindset.
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours, carry up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
