Nathaniel Reid Bakery – Kirkwood, MO
Nathaniel Reid Bakery is an award-winning, fast-growing bakery known for high-quality pastries, desserts, and sandwiches. We’re looking for friendly and efficient Barista/Cashiers to join our front-of-house team.
Pay & Schedule
- $8.60/hr base tips, averaging $19–$21/hr
- Shifts typically fall between 7:30am–5:30pm, Tues–Sat
(Common shifts include 7:30–3:30, 7:55–4:00, or 9:30–5:30)
- We're closed Sundays, Mondays, and most major holidays
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers, take orders, and create a warm, welcoming experience
- Prepare espresso drinks and serve bakery items
- Operate the register and handle transactions accurately
- Keep the space clean, stocked, and organized
- Package and present retail items for sale
- Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with front and back-of-house team

- Takes initiative and works well in a team
- Detail-oriented, especially when it comes to cleanliness and presentation
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- 1 year hospitality, food service, or cashier experience preferred
