Responsibilities
- Review client documentation for both intake and suit approval.
- Review, amend and approve pleadings including motions for default, summary judgment and post judgment and update system of record for accurate status reporting to clients.
- Work with legal support staff to improve process and create workflow efficiency in high volume caseload.
- Maintain compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and client operating procedures.
- Attend hearings and mediation in various jurisdictions within Georgia.
- Georgia Bar licensure (other state bars are welcomed(MS/TN/AL) in good standing is required.
- Experience with high volume case load is extremely helpful but we provide a supportive training environment if applicant does not have such experience.
- Fluency in Excel, Microsoft Office and overall computer use is necessary.
- Ability to pivot and accomplish multiple tasks during the work day is necessary.
- Must be able to work minimum 40 hours per week-Monday through Friday.
- No billable hour requirement.

- Travel will be required for court appearances.
