Overall Objective:
In response to the company’s current growth, a Project Supervisor position is now available to augment the site construction team in providing support in all areas of residential construction. The position requires an ambitious, forward-thinking, entrepreneurial professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company.
The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated team-member who exhibits a desire for continuous learning and growth while demonstrating enthusiasm for gaining knowledge and working with “some of the best” professionals in the industry.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility is managing quality control and scheduling for residential renovations and/or new homes. Specific tasks could include any or all of the following:
• Schedule and monitor daily work performed by subcontractors and vendors in Potomac and Bethesda, MD.
• Observe and evaluate all work ensuring the highest possible level of quality and in accordance with the project specifications.
• Ensure the work environment, interior and exterior, is safe, clean and organized.
• Communicate changes to a schedule with ample time and notice to vendors and subcontractors.
• Order and receive materials needed for each project.
• Evaluate architectural and site plans, specifications, scope of work and details regarding every trade or material ordered prior to commencement of the work or delivery of the material.
• Post daily job reports with photos and description for work completed, trades on each project, deliveries, inspections or other pertinent information regarding the project.
• Communicate with clients, often on a daily basis, regarding schedule and general questions.
• Ensure each project is delivered by the posted or agreed-upon schedule with all work items completed and exceeding industry standard.
• Work with other Natelli employees to coordinate punch-out personnel, company equipment needed and cover other projects for vacation and time off.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills; someone who is detail-oriented and diligent.
Other Considerations:
• Will need a car for site management. Company truck potential with tenure.
• Bi-lingual, English and Spanish, would be a benefit.
