Responsibilities & Expectations· Maintain a minimum of 25 hours per week· Submit documentation within 24 hours of session completion· Attend team meetings and respond promptly to supervisor communications· Conduct parent training at least twice per month for each client· Complete monthly program reviews· Submit progress notes at least one month before due date· 2 Mandatory In Person Days· Supervise new therapists until competencies are passed· Complete initial assessments within 10 days of assessment date· Coordinate medical necessity scheduling and ensure staffing prior to client start· Notify staffing promptly about schedule changes· Adhere to all THP and BACB standards outlined in the BCBA Process Manual· THP will contribute 25–30% toward your chosen insurance plan
