Role Overview
Nasuni is hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to drive execution excellence across pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and compensation operations.
This role is critical to ensuring that GTM decisions are based on accurate, consistent, and actionable data. You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to maintain operational rigor while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and scalable processes.
This role is best suited for someone who thrives in execution-heavy environments, enjoys working with large datasets, and takes ownership of operational outcomes. It is not a pure strategy role—success comes from precision, consistency, and continuous improvement.

Role Overview
Nasuni is hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to drive execution excellence across pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and compensation operations.
This role is critical to ensuring that GTM decisions are based on accurate, consistent, and actionable data. You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to maintain operational rigor while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and scalable processes.

Level & Scope Definition
- Owns execution of core RevOps processes (pipeline hygiene, forecasting support, reporting, commissions)
- Influences decision-making through data accuracy and insights
- Partners cross-functionally across Sales, Finance, Marketing Ops, and Customer Success
- Guides offshore analysts to ensure quality and timeliness
- Balances execution (≈40%), analytics (≈40%), and process improvement (≈20%)
Pipeline & Forecast Operations
- Own pipeline hygiene standards and inspection cadences across sales teams
- Support forecast rollups and validate CRM and forecasting tool accuracy
- Identify pipeline gaps, risks, and data inconsistencies
- Build and maintain dashboards across pipeline, bookings, and performance metrics
- Deliver rep, manager, and executive-level reporting (QBRs, forecast reviews)
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Administer compensation plans, commission calculations, and payout validation
- Partner with Finance to resolve discrepancies and ensure audit readiness
- Improve commission processes through automation and scalability
- Execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly GTM cadences
- Maintain CRM data integrity and system consistency (Salesforce, Clari)
- Support enhancements across RevOps tools and workflows
- Maintain territory assignments, account ownership, and routing logic
- Support segmentation updates and territory planning cycles
- Use AI tools to streamline reporting, anomaly detection, and workflow automation
- Validate AI-generated insights before business use
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring data and reporting processes
Must-Have
- 4–7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar
- Strong Salesforce experience (pipeline management, reporting, data structure)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, nested logic)
- Experience supporting forecasting and pipeline analysis
- Experience with commission processing or compensation operations
- Proven track record maintaining high data accuracy across systems
- Experience with Clari or similar forecasting tools
- Exposure to SaaS GTM models (ARR, renewals, expansion)
- Experience supporting executive reporting (QBRs, board-level outputs)
- Experience working with offshore or distributed teams
- Experience owning compensation workflows with moderate complexity
- Experience improving RevOps processes through automation
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau – consumer level)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, BI copilots) for reporting or workflow automation
- Ability to validate and apply judgment to AI-generated outputs
- 4–7 years total experience, including 3 years in RevOps or Sales Ops
- Experience supporting mid-sized SaaS GTM teams preferred
